Railay Beach Krabi

The waterfront is the most spectacular in the province.

This is one of the hidden gems of south Thailand because there is no road to Railay Beach. The limestone front can only be accessed on the water and is accessible by longtailboats from Ao Nang Seafront via  Phuket to Krabi.



When it gets cold in Europe high season is starting in Krabi where Railay Beach has become a very popular vacation destination. Many travelers take an aircraft from Bangkok, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur to start their holiday in the Thailand province about 200 km south of Phuket and roughly thousand kilometers from Bangkok. Although Krabi has an international airport which maybe could fit a package tour from overseas since schedule airlines only come down from Bangkok or the two before mentioned cities. 


The best could be anyway by bus from Phuket, Bangkok, Malaysia or Singapore, there is also a possibility from Phuket via Phi-Phi Islands with the ferry. There are no local airline connection from Phuket or Hat Yai.
